All luxury bags sold through our store undergo a thorough authentication and quality inspection process prior to shipping. This includes:
• Professional authentication of the item
• Issuance of an authenticity certificate
• SPA / conditioning (where applicable)

Because of this process, please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the item.

Shipping Time & Carriers

Once your order has completed processing, it will be shipped using a reliable courier service. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, free shipping may be offered and will be clearly stated at checkout.
